In fact, I will list properties near a rail trail in almost every communitiy in Massachusetts. Property could be next to or just within several blocks of a rail trail, greenway etc. I'm the 1st Realtor in the U.S. with this special niche.
I’ve been a Realtor since 2003 and acquired the CRS designation in 2014. Only 2-3% of Realtors in the U.S. have earned the CRS designation.
I've authored five books with a historic focus. And five books have been written that feature me in them as a case study in creative or innovative marketing, 21st century branding, courage to quit a 9-to 5 job and instead do what I love, etc.
