  • Successful Realtor, experienced with hundreds of transactions in over 20 years of working in one of the most acclaimed communities in the northeast U.S.

  • Accredited as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).  Only 2% of Realtors in a given marketplace have this designation.

  •  My special niche Real Estate practice has been written about in several national and state Realtor trade magazines, in an editorial for the Boston Globe, an article in the Wall Street Journal, and even a story for the United Airlines in-flight magazine, Hemispheres, called Roads Less Traveled.

  • Am the author of five books. And five books have been written that feature me in them as a case study in creative  marketing, courage to quit a conventional job and do what I love to do, and innovative, 21st century branding.

  • Have given over 1,200 lectures in twenty one states on rail-to-trail conversions and their tie-in to issues surrounding  smart-growth, land preservation, brownfield redevelop-ment, place-making, effects on nearby residential real estate values, sustainability and other similar topics.

  • An accredited teacher of REALTORS in both Massachusetts and Vermont, where I have taught CEU courses about these issues to hundreds of Realtors.

  • Keynote or plenary speaker at state or regional conferences recently in New York, California, Virginia, Connecticut, Missouri, Michigan, and Massachusetts.

  • Have helped develop over 1,000 miles of rail trails in the northeast U.S. and am resassembling the right-of-way of the longest rail trail in the northeast.  Northampton to Boston.   www.MassCentralRailTrail.org

  • In their 10th anniversary issue, THE RIDE MAGAZINE named me as the most effective advocate for rail-to-trail issues on the eastern seaboard.

  • In 2016 and 2021, I did a series of national webinars about trail development tying-in the effects on nearby real estate. Here's a LINK to a list of all the webinars and a couple of articles.

  • I have a free, monthly e-newsletter that now goes out to over 12,000 readers. Constant Contact, the company that hosts the newsletter, told us that it is in the top 10%, world-wide, of all the thousands of e-newsletters they host. Drop me an email if you'd like to be added to the list for this. CraigDP413@Gmail.com
